Hays Ribbon Cutting 40th Anniversary

“Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Central Texas celebrated 40 years May 22 at a joint ribbon cutting with the Wimberley Valley Chamber of Commerce and the Dripping Springs Chamber of Commerce.”
